クリスマスの数日後、Leeファミリーのお宅でランチをごちそうになりました。キムチがとても美味しかったので、こんな冷蔵庫の中の写真をとらせてもらいました。キムチは一度に衣装ケース１つ分くらいを作っているそうですが、韓国に住んでいたときには、ご主人のお母さまが作ったものを分けてもらっていたそうで、一度も作ったことがなかったのだそうです。
奥様と息子さん二人を連れて２年前に渡米したLeeさんは、現在はこちらの神学校(Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary)に通っています。韓国在住の外国人向けの教会づくりをするというビジョンを持っていて、卒業後は韓国に帰る予定なのだそうです。後１年ちょっと．．．がんばれ〜！！
