私の助けは、天地を造られた主から来る。
My help comes from the Lord,
the Maker of heaven and earth.
主はあなたの足をよろけさせず、
He will not let your foot slip-
あなたを守る方は、まどろむこともない。
he who watches over you will not slumber;
