青じそ

これは我が家の青じそ。虫に食われている葉っぱもあるけれど、かなりの収穫。青じそとアンチョビーのスパゲティ、青じそとチーズをささみで巻いたもの、ざるそばにたくさん刻んでのっけたり…と、青じそ料理を楽しんでいる。今日は青じそふりかけを手作りしている。

半日干した青じそを電子レンジにかけ、それをビニールに入れて、手でもんで細かくする。それに削りかつおと白ごまを混ぜて出来上がり!

Hi Ruriko-san,

It is so good to see your comment on my blog. My Aojiso is in the place where it gets morning sun, and in the afternoon it is in partically shade. I love Zarusoba and Aojiso. Aojiso is good on cold tofu, too.

Oh, Ruriko-san, please forgive me for not responding your letter about recipes. I could not find six people who might like to participate . So, I broke the chain. I am so sorry. I probally should have sent the letter back to you as the letter suggested, but I didn't. Would it be to late to send it back to you?
